Throughout my last 12 years in the food industry, I developed a deep appreciation for fresh, high-quality ingredients and the people who grow them. That passion led me to start Shroomlandia, where I get to grow some of the most flavorful and sustainable mushrooms around.

Shroomlandia is my way of combining a love for culinary innovation and a commitment to sustainability. Whether it’s cultivating gourmet mushrooms or exploring creative ways to share their benefits, my goal is simple: to grow something meaningful, one mushroom at a time.

Taylor is more than just my husband—he's my partner in building Shroomlandia. He has 10+ years of experience in health education and promotion, as well as a Master's degree in Public Health Studies. Taylor has dedicated his career to helping people focus on their wellbeing and to lead healthier lives.

A passionate vegan and advocate for fresh, sustainable produce, Taylor's values perfectly align with our mission at Shroomlandia. He brings his expertise and love for health & wellbeing to his role as our community outreach / social media coordinator.
